Ingredients for 7 Grain Bread Recipe

1-1/4 c Milk ***; (see note)
3 tb Honey
2 tb Shortening
1-1/2 ts Salt
2 c White bread flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
3/4 c 7-Grain Cereal
2-1/4 ts Yeast

7 Grain Bread Preparation

Put everything into the ABM pan according to your machine’s directions. Turn the machine on. NOTES : 1 1/4 cups water and 1 1/2 Tablespoons Powdered milk may be used instead of the fresh milk.
