Ingredients for Amaretto French Toast Recipe
6 tb Amaretto
12 sl French bread
4 Eggs — well beaten
Amaretto butter (see
Recipe)
1/2 c Milk
Amaretto syrup (see recipe)
Amaretto French Toast Preparation
In shallow bowl mix all ingredients except bread. Soak bread in mixture. In large skillet, melt some butter. Drain bread. Cook in buttter until both sides are golden brown. Serve immediately with Amaretto butter and Amaretto Syrup. NOTE: For a change, try Irish Cream instead of Amaretto. Recipe By : From: Ladies Home Journal- August 1991 File
