Ingredients for Baked Beans Supreme Recipe

1 lg Onion; chopped (1 c.)
1 Green pepper; cut into
-Pieces (1 inch)
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tb Water
1 cn Lima beans; (17 oz.) drained
1 cn Butter beans with molasses
-sauce and bacon; (15 1/2
-oz.)
1 cn Red kidney beans; (15 1/2
-oz.) drained
1 cn Garbanzo beans; (15 oz.)
-drained
1 cn Sliced water chestnuts; (8
-oz.) drained
3/4 c Ketchup
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Dijon-style mustard
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Pepper; (1/4 to 1/2)

Baked Beans Supreme Preparation

In a 3 quart microwavesafe casserole, combine onion, green pepper, garlic and water. Microcook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion and pepper are tender; drain. Stir in lima beans, undrained butter beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, water chestnuts, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
