This 11-inch springform quiche pan with scalloped edges gives you a professional-looking, full-size quiche, and its nonstick coating allows you to keep those edges looking perfect when you remove it from the pan. This pan is also excellent for making attractive fresh fruit pies. After removing the pan from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes to allow the quiche to shrink and pull away from the sides of the pan. Push up on the springform base to remove the quiche from the pan, then serve. If it's necessary to loosen the edges, use a nylon or nonmetal utensil, as a metal utensil will scratch the sides. The glass enamel base is acid and scratch resistant, so you don't have to worry about nicking it with a metal pie server. The base is dishwasher-safe, although the wall should be hand washed. --Doree Armstrong

Review: Most crust recipes are tailored for a 9" pan, so you will have to adjust your recipe so that the crust will fit in this pan. Made a wonderful peach tart the first time out, and it is easy to clean.

Review: Finally, I found my Quiche Pans with removable bottoms! These are very substantial pans (like all Kaiserware). I had searched the web for more affordable ones, but always came back to these. Review: I looked at a few of these pans before I opted for this one. Many are made with metal that may rust on you with use. Personally when I buy a pan, I like for it to stick around for quite awhile. This pan will do just that. It is nonstick, and has a surface that will release well when you make your tarts. Very good quality, with years of service to look forward to.
