Review Summary: Reliable and durable
Review: There aren't many downsides to using cast iron. This pan is fun to use and is a good alternative to using boring muffin cups when using corn bread mix. In order for it to be more stick resistant, you really need to follow the manufacturer's directions and season this pan, otherwise things will stick to it. It's easy to clean up once it's seasoned also, plus cast iron is very durable and the price was great on this for what you're getting.

Review Summary: Cute ears of corn
Review: I just read a review that if you oil and heat the cornbread stick pans before adding the batter they will come out eaiser, and I didn't do that the first time I used mine, and the cornbread was hard to get out. I'm anxious to try it. I know the more you use and bake with cast iron products the more seasoned they become, and the food won't stick. I should have known how tedious it is to fill these pans before I ordered but all in all they are fun to make for the grandkids once in a while.
