Review Summary: I concur--not aluminum
Review: I was intrigued when I saw an aluminum cooling rack that was deemed "sturdy". Well, sturdy it is. Aluminum, it is not. Though I didn't call Kaiser, I did try putting a magnet to it and, lo and behold, the magnet attracted it. Can't do that with aluminum. Also, the spacing between the wires is too wide for fresh-from-the-oven cookies. Need to try finding a better rack.

Their appearance and weight are nearly identical to the racks in our oven. These may not be suitable for someone looking for general-purpose baking racks for home use.
