Review: These wonderful little Tartlette pans are phenomenal! Very substantial quality. Will last a life time. I make sweet little tartlettes, savory ones, nutty ones, philo-dough ones, even mini-cakey ones. But the best are the chocolate cups one can make ( as seen on Food TV ), to be filled when hardened. Of course, one can buy these at specialty stores for a hefty price, the home made ones are easy and delicious. Perhaps not as perfect, but they'll be just fine. And cute, too!

Review: I've been very pleased with my Nordicware Bundt pan, so I chose to go with the brand again for this tartlette pan. It's especially convenient that they're all on one sheet, rather than have individual tart shells.
The pan has a nice heft to it, and it really conducts heat very well. Almost too well, that I nearly burned my mini frangipane tarts. The non-stick lining is superb, and the tarts come out without a hitch.
