Review Summary: Not for prebake pie shells
Review: I bought these to make my Mom's recipe Chocolate Cream Pie. I had plenty of crust to shape around the edges, and put plenty of fork holes throughout. After baking for 12 minutes, the crust slid halfway down the steep sides of the pan and the upper edges burned, while the bottom center puffed up and didn't bake all the way through. They would probably work fine for fill and bake pies, but I am returning them.
