Review: Really must use the cake recipes included, but tried converting a easy-bake cake mix (probably needs more cake flour) and the donuts were so-so, being too light and fluffy. Cake donuts are heavier than cake mix cakes, so that was my error.
I purchased these in attempt to bake non-wheat, non-gluten donuts, and will continue trial and effort.
I'm eager to try again, and I will also upgrade to the full-size pan.
