Bake a bevy of cookies, evenly with no risk of burning, with the original insulated bakeware by Wearever. A layer of air is sandwiched between AirBake's two-sheet design: The bottom sheet blocks the oven's direct heat, while the air insulates, preventing the top sheet from overheating. Set includes 3 rustproof baking sheets: 16x14", 14x12" and 14x9-1/2". Each metal sheet is flat with a lip on one side. Dishwasher safe. Imported.

Review Summary: The only cookie sheets I will use!
Review: I bake semi-professionally, making at least three batches of cookies a week on these sheets. They are absolutely the best for cookies, I won't use anything else, and they have lasted for years and years.
The irony of the negative reviewers on this site is that their baked goods are sticking only because they greased the sheet! Cookies should always be baked on an ungreased sheet. If a recipe calls for a greased sheet, such as with biscuits, always use shortening because such a thin layer of butter will burn, causing the biscuits to stick to the sheet.

Review: The best baking sheets I have every owned. I like them so much I bought two sets. I have a 2 large sheet and 1 small set, that I had for 6 years now. Then I bought this 3 piece set from Amazon for a Christmas present. Easy to clean, and they don't burn food. All Airbaking stuff is top of the line cookware.

Review: Mine are several years old and I'm ready to replace them. They did eventually warp and have some permanent staining. However, they continue to work as well as when first purchased. Cookies seem to rise higher and cook more evenly. I won't bake cookies on anything else!

Review: I own several types of cookie sheets, but will only use the air bake. That is because the bottoms don't burn or get too dark when the cookies are done. I have never had any problem with temperature or cooking times- pretty much I can see when the cookies are done to my liking, just like with anything you bake. My daughter will be setting up housekeeping soon and this is what we are buying to get her started- especially since she is a beginner cook.

I've doubled the time I bake cookies, place the sheet on the lowest rack, and while the tops of the cookies become dark , cripsy and dry, the bottoms remain doughy. Cooking time and temperatures are so inconsistent you'll be reworking recipies just so they cook alright.
Back to my regular cooking sheets.
