With this divided pan, your shortbread will turn out in perfectly shaped wedges. Just pour your batter in one of the eight sections and it's ready for baking. The shortbread pan is from NordicWare and is made of dark cast aluminum for deep, even browning. Use your shortbread pan for making scones, too. To clean, handwash and dry thoroughly.

Review: I love this pan! The designs are beautiful and the shortbread tastes so good. After you bake and give it 10-15 minutes to cool, you flip it over onto a cutting board and cut while warm. Great pan!!

Review: These are fantastic. I already own 3 of the snowflake pans for Christmas (which everyone LOVED with the included recipe) and one of these. I had to order another so I could get two pans going at a time during the rest of the year. (Snowflakes in Texas summer just didn't fit). I'd recommend this to anyone. Nice, solid, heavy pan. No cheap aluminum. Non stick works perfect when you use bakers friend cooking spray. Clean up is fairly easy with only one or two flecks getting caught in the design. Definitely much better than the pottery ones which you risk breaking, chipping or just plain cracking.
I expect I will have these a long time.
