Review Summary: Perfect Silicone Mat
Review: I've tried the SiliconZone as well as KitchenAid's silicone mat, and neither compare to SilPat. I don't even use this on a baking sheet, just throw it right onto the oven shelves; it's stiff enough to manage, and cuts down on my clean-up, (which by the way, the dishwasher does nicely). It's completely non-stick, I've never had an issue. Cookies, croissants, it all comes out perfect with this mat.

Review: I tried it out with chocolate chip cookies first and didn't really like the results. They spread out really bad, but I made a monster cookie recipe with it the next time, and they turned out perfect. The monster cookie recipe calls for parchment paper or a mat...so, that was why I used this with them=)
