Gobel's premium Non-Stick Brioche Mold is perfect for making brioche, jello, and more. The heavy aluminum construction bakes and browns evenly, and the non-stick interior releases quickly and easily. The enamel exterior makes the entire pan durable and easy to clean, although hand washing is recommended. The mold measures approximately 3 1/2 inches tall by 8 inches in diameter. Made in France.

Review: When I had to explain to a store clerk what a brioche was, I knew finding a pan to bake one in was going to be a challenge. I finally found a 6-cup as well as 6 individual brioche pans online at Amazon. They came in a timely manner and I have enjoyed several recipes of brioche. The sturdy but lightweight pan allows the bread to bake evenly and golden, and slides out of the pan easily. Cleanup is easy -- just pop into the dishwasher. Highly recommended.
