Review: I've been a longtime customer of NordicWare products due to their ease of use, durability, and the fact that they're still made with pride in the USA. Most of my prior NordicWare purchases were Bundt pans, but I've recently expanded into baking pies, so I purchased a covered pie pan.
No longer do you have to worry about storing those pesky meringue pies; this high-domed lid eliminates squashed meringues or smashed sky-high toppings. The heavy-duty aluminum pie pan browns and bakes evenly and is a snap to wash. The plastic cover prevents odor absorption from other smelly fridge co-inhabitants, and preserves those perfect peaks on your lemon meringue or the lovely latticework crust on your cherry pie. If you're a frequent pie baker (or pie giver), you owe it to yourself (and your pies) to have one or more of these gems in your kitchen!

Review: A 10 inch pie pan is very hard to find and this pan is excellent. It has the double bottom that assures a evenly browned crust. If you bake pies this should be in your kitchen.

Review: I was impressed with the quality of this product. The picture doesn't do it justice. It's solid and seems very durable; something you'll have for years to come.
The lid has slits, so the steam can leave the dome after baking. So it's not completely air tight. If that's an issue, you can always use plastic wrap or aluminum foil over the top before storing it away.
Last, but not least, you can feel good about buying this product, because it's made in the USA.
