Review: We were in the service and one of the duty staions was germany. My mom would make this cake for us as a treat or for someones birthday. Time has flown by and mom has since past and I wanted to make this for my hubby's birthday this year 2008. I had the recipe but not the pan so on the web I went in search of the Flan Pan and here it was at Amazon so I ordered it and made my hubby's cake with-out a problem. It came out like mom used to make and for that I am grateful. Love the pan and will make many more cakes with it.
