Review: My only caveat is that it moves around a bit when rolling, but that is probably to be expected. Otherwise it is very easy to use and is wonderful for making croissants, pie crusts, etc...

Review: Why, oh why did I not think of this mat sooner? Makes rolling out fondant much easier. The 4 stars are because I felt that the mat itself could have been a bit sturdier.
