From Chicago Metallic, this set comes with all the essentials needed to make an elegant creme brulee dessert - everything, that is, but your ingredients. The set comes with an 8-in. square aluminized steel pan, four 6-oz. porcelain ramekins and a rack that fits inside the square pan. To use, place the rack inside the square pan, fill the pan with water then place your filled ramekins in the rack. Your dessert is then ready for the oven where it bakes gently in the hot water.

Review: This pan works, but I also did some by filling just a regular pan with water and they seemed to cook much quicker so make sure to cook it long enough to set.

Review: Product works great. The rack does suspend the ramekins in the water so the bottoms don't touch the pan and I am so glad the rack has handles to easily lift out the ramekins. It couldn't be any easier.
