Review: The pie pan I got is not just stainless, it is very highly polished (to a mirror-like finish) stainless. I have only baked one pie thus far, using a pilsbury pre-made crust, and had no problems whatsoever with the crust sticking to the pan. Cleanup was a breeze. No signs of rusting yet either (yes, I know it's "stainless steel", but these days there is stainless and then there is (not-so)stainless -- I have seen rusting on some of the "stainless" stuff coming from China in the past few years).
