Review: Since learning how bad Teflon is, I decided that I wanted to get rid of our cookie sheets and buy new ones. But I couldn't figure out what kind to get. I wanted stonewear sheets, but they are expensive and get mixed reviews (lots of sticking). So I went with these instead and I am really glad that I did. They work beautifully, though I do grease them first, unlike Teflon coated sheets. Everything bakes beautifully and comes off easily, they are simple to clean up and very inexpensive. I highly recommend them!

Review: Perfect size for my oven, which is smaller than the norm. The pan looks great, cleans up easily and except for a tendency to warp at higher temps this is a very good buy. And the warping is not half as bad as my old aluminum cookie sheet which would crowd stuff at one end and which would warp at even fairly low temps. I am eminently satisfied with this pan and with the price.
