Review: I am trying to start eating healthier, and stop getting takeout and fast food so often. My slow cooker is a great tool for this, since I don't have to worry about cooking dinner when I get home from work. However, I've always disliked using my slow cooker because it was such a pain to wash.
I always meant to try the Reynolds brand of these liners, but they are SO expensive. When I saw this less expensive brand offered on Amazon, I knew I had to have some. I'm very pleased with the performance of the liners. You just have to be a bit careful not to pierce them with a fork, etc. It's wonderful to not have to wash the heavy crock liner...just a quick wash of the lid, and cleanup is done.
These are very generously sized. I have a very large 7 quart slow cooker, and they fit with plenty of room to spare. (The description says they are only good to 6.5 quarts.) You can also use them in a 9x13 pan as well, up to 400 degrees I think. They also come with plastic fasteners, and you can use them as a steaming bag in a 9x13 pan.
