Ingredients for Balsamic Peppered Chicken 2 Recipe

2 Skinless boneless chicken
-breast halves
1 ts Lemon pepper; seasoning
3/4 ts Extra virgin olive oil
2-2/3 tb Balsamic vinegar
2 tb Chicken broth
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tb Butter
2 Parsley sprig

Balsamic Peppered Chicken 2 Preparation

Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Press lemon-pepper seasoning evenly on both sides. In large frypan, place oil and heat to medium temperature. Add chicken and cook, turning once about 7 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Remove chicken to warm serving platter; keep warm. In small bowl, mix together vinegar, broth, and garlic; add to frypan. Cook over medium-high, scraping up brown meat bits, about 2 minutes or until mixture is reduced and syrupy.
