1-1/4 c WHITE BREAD FLOUR
3/4 c WHEAT BREAD FLOUR
4 ts DRY MILK
1 ts SALT
4 ts BUTTER
1/2 c MASHED BANANAS
1/2 c GRANOLA
4 ts MOLASSES
1/4 c CHOPPED WALNUTS
1/4 c DRIED BANANA CHIPS
1 ts FASTRISE YEAST -or- 1 1/2
-tsp. ACTIVE DRY YEAST
lg LOAF:
1 c WATER
2 c WHITE BREAD FLOUR
1 c WHEAT BREAD FLOUR
2 tb DRY MILK
1-1/2 ts SALT
2 tb BUTTER
1/2 c MASHED BANANAS
3/4 c GRANOLA
1/4 c MOLASSES
1/3 c CHOPPED WALNUTS
1/3 c DRIED BANANA CHIPS
2 ts FASTRISE YEAST -or- 3 tsp.

Banana Granola Preparation
