2 tb Molasses
6 Bananas — peeled and
Sliced
1/2 c Brown sugar
Crosswise
2 tb Butter — melted
1/2 c Pecans — chopped
Banana Pecan Crunch Preparation
In an 11×7x1-1/2-inch baking pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter; layer bananas and nuts in pan. Drizzle with molasses. Sprinkle brown sugar and melted butter atop.
