1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c Light brown sugar
2 tb Orange juice
1 tb Raspberry or cider vinegar
1/4 ts Ground ginger
1 tb Poppy seeds
Banana-Poppy Seed Dressing Preparation

Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour dressing into sealable container or jar, add poppy seeds, and refrigerate until ready to use. Yield: Approximately 1 1/2 cups.
