Ingredients for Barbecue Pizza Recipe

1 12 Pizza Crust
1/3 c Pizza sauce or meatless
-spaghetti sauce
2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz Barbecue sauce
4 oz Cooked & chopped barbecue
-meat (pork, chicken,
-turkey, beef)
6 Sliced rings of red onion
-(up to 8)

Barbecue Pizza Preparation

Recipe from: Michael Attias/Corky’s Barbecue Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Evenly spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese. In a separate bowl mix barbecue meat and sauce. Spread barbecue mixture on toip of cheese. Top with onion rings, as desired. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese bubbles.
