2 Cloves garlic — crushed
1 c Brown sugar — packed
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Chili sauce
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
ds Pepper
Bbq Rum Ribs Preparation
Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bak for 1 1/2 hours at 350 . Unwrap and drain drippings. Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
