1 c Nuts, chopped, (opt)
1-1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Baking soda
1 c Sour cream, imitation
1 ts Vanilla
1 Egg
2 c Apple, finely chopped
Bear Trap Ranch Sour Cream Apple Squares Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first three ingredients and blend Stir in nuts. Press 2-3/4 cups crumb mixture in 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Stir in apples in remaining mix, spoon evenly over crumb crust . Bake 35 - 45 mins. Cut in 12 - 15 squares.
