2 c Buttermilk Baking Mix; (like
-Bisquick)
1/2 c Yellow cornmeal
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Milk
1/2 c Margarine; melted

Better Than Marie s Cornbread Preparation

Combine baking mix, cornmeal and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs and milk. Beat until well blended. Carefully stir in melted margarine (it may splatter). Pour into greased 9 in. square pan.
