Ingredients for Blackberry Pudding Recipe

1-1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Butter
1 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
pn Salt
1/2 c Milk
Sweetened blackberries or
– cherries

Blackberry Pudding Preparation

Cream 1/2 c sugar and butter; blend in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk; pour into greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Cover with blackberries. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
