Ingredients for Bleu Cheese Roll Recipe

1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; room
-temperature
1 pk Cold pack bleu cheese;
-softened
1 tb Shallots; finely chopped
Pecans; chopped
Tiger Sauce (hot sweet &
-sour sauce) to taste

Bleu Cheese Roll Preparation

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Form into a 6 inch roll. Place finely chopped pecans (about 3/4 cup) on a piece of waxed paper. Place cheese roll in the pecans, roll until completely covered.
