Ingredients for Boofers Recipe

3 c Mashed potatoes
1 tb Oil
1 md Onion, chopped
1/2 c Tofu, crumbled
1/4 c Parsley, minced
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
2 tb Oil

Boofers Preparation
