Ingredients for Broccoli Cheese Square Recipe
2 pk (10-oz) frozen broccoli -or-
1 bn Fresh broccoli
3 Eggs
1 c Flour
1 c Milk
3 tb Butter or margarine
1 ts Baking powder
2 tb Finely chopped onion
1 lb Cheddar cheese; grated
Salt to taste

Steam broccoli, transfer to processor or blender and chop finely. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add flour, milk, and baking powder; mix. Stir in cheese, broccoli and onion. Spread into prepared dish, spreading evenly. Bake until set, about 30 minutes. Cut into bite size pieces.
