Ingredients for Bronzed Birds Recipe

3 Game hens (20-oz)
1 Garlic cloves
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Bourbon
1/2 c Butter or margarine; melted

Bronzed Birds Preparation

Place game hens in shallow baking pan. Crush garlic with salt then combine with pepper, honey, bourbon and melted butter.
