Ingredients for Cafe Mocha Mix Recipe

1-1/2 c Instant espresso coffee
-granules
1/4 c Cocoa; unsweetened
1/4 c Coffee creamer; powdered
6 tb Confectioner s sugar

Cafe Mocha Mix Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Store in an airtight container. To serve, combine 1 to 2 tablespoons mix with 3/4 cup boiling water.
