Ingredients for Calico Egg Sandwich Recipe
4 Hard boiled eggs; coarsely
-chopped
3/4 c Cooked ham; diced
1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1/4 c Celery; chopped
1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Onion; finely chopped
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
4 Kaiser rolls; halved &
-buttered
Calico Egg Sandwich Preparation
Combine all the ingredients; mix well. Spoon onto rolls, open face style. Put on a cookie sheet or other flat baking dish.
