2/3 Unpeeled lemon, sliced and

2 Sticks cinnamon
1 tb Vanilla
1/2 ts Ground mace
Candied Yams 2 2 Preparation
Put everything in a pot. Stir. Cover and cook till it comes to a high boil, about ten minutes. Stir, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes. Uncover, stir, and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
