1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Marjoram
1/4 ts Cardamom
3 ts Parsley sprigs; chopped
3 ts Chives; cut in 1 pieces
Cardamom Peas Preparation
Cook the peas. Toss with salt, pepper, marjoram, cardamom, and parsley. Garnish with chives. NOTES : I’m always looking for ways to breathe life into frozen vegetables.
