1 c Soy flour, defatted
1 c Cornmeal
1 c Carrots — grated
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1-3/4 c Water
1/4 c Honey
Carrot Corn Bread (Gluten Free) Preparation
