Ingredients for Chewy Granola Bars # 2 Recipe
1-1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
1-1/2 c Quick-cooking oats
1 c Brown sugar, packed
1/2 c Margarine or butter,softened
1 Egg
1/3 c Semisweet choc. chips,
Or raisins, or mixed nuts
Chewy Granola Bars # 2 Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips) with fork until moistened (mixture will be crumbly). Stir in chocolate chips. Press mixture evenly in ungreased rectangular pan 13×9x2 . Bake until center is set, 15-17 minutes. Cut into bars, about 3 x 1-1/2 , while warm.
