1 lg Chicken cut into pieces
2 c Chicken broth
4 tb Vinegar
4 Onion; sliced
Thyme
Oil
Salt
Chicken in Its Own Juice Preparation
1. Wash the chicken well and dry it. Put salt on the chicken and fry it in hot oil. Remove the chicken and fry the onion in the same oil. 2. Put the chicken back in the pot and add the vinegar, thyme and salt. Cover the pot and cook until tender.
