Ingredients for Chicken or Beef Enchiladas Fast Recipe
2 cn (6 1/2 oz.) chicken
1 Onion; chopped
1 pk (10 oz.) Longhorn cheese;

1 pk (10 oz.) corn tortillas
2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
8 oz Sour cream; (8 oz.) sour
-cream
1 cn (4 oz.) green chilies;
-chopped
Chicken or Beef Enchiladas Fast Preparation
Mix chicken or beef, onion and half of grated cheese. Spread 2-3 heaping tablespoons of mixture on each tortilla and roll. Place in casserole dish. For sauce, mix soup, sour cream and chilies. pour over tortillas. Top with remaining grated cheese.
