Ingredients for Chicken Ravioli Recipe

1 Hen
1 lb Cheese; grated
1 Jar (4-oz) pimiento; minced
1 cn (4-oz) mushrooms
1 Green pepper; chopped
1 Onion; minced
2 tb Butter
1 pk (12-oz) noodles

Chicken Ravioli Preparation

Boil hen until tender and remove from bones. Reserve broth. Chop fine. Saute pepper and onion in butter. Cook noodles in broth. Drain. In double boiler (or Teflon-lined saucepan) combine chicken, pepper, onion and noodles. Add cheese, pimiento and mushrooms. Cook slowly until cheese is completely melted.
