Chocolate Grand Marnier Sauce Preparation

EMERIL LIVE SHOW #EM1A24 In a small saucepan, heat the cream and butter. Add the Grand Marnier. Whisk then bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and whisk in chocolate pieces until all the chocolate is incorporated. Serve with the souffle.
