Ingredients for Chocolate-Peanut No-Bake Cookies Recipe
5 c Corn flakes
1 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c Peanut butter chips
1 tb Shortening
1/2 c Raisins
Chocolate-Peanut No-Bake Cookies Preparation
About 3 dozen cookies Crush corn flakes (2 1/2 cup flakes); set aside. Place chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and shortening in medium microwave proof bowl. Microwave on high (full powder) for 1-2 minutes. Mixture should be smooth when stirred. Add crushed flakes and raisins, stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper, covered tray.
