Ingredients for Chocolate Yummy Recipe
6 oz Chocolate chips
4 tb Water
2 Eggs;separated
1 pn Salt
1 lg Carton Cool Whip
1/2 c Nuts; chopped
1/2 Regular Angel Food Cake
Grated semisweet chocolate
Chocolate Yummy Preparation
Melt chocolate chips with water in top of double boiler (over hot, not boiling water). Beat egg yolks. Add chocolate mixture to eggs a little at a time, stirring constantly. Add salt. Cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into chocolate-egg mixture. Fold in about 3/4 of the carton of Cool Whip. Fold in nuts. Break angel food cake into bite size pieces. Put a layer of cake in a large rectangular casserole, then a layer of the chocolate mixture over the cake. Repeat layers. Then spread remaining Cool Whip over all. chill at least 2 hours.
