Roast beef sliced in juliene
Strips
1 sm Onion, thinly sliced and
Separated into rings
3/4 ts Salt
Dash of pepper
1-1/2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Sour cream

Cold Marinated Beef Slices 2 Preparation

Combine meat, onion rings, salt and pepper. Sprinkle lemon juice over and mix in sour cream. Chill. Serve in crystal dishes lined with leaf lettuce. Trim with strips of pimiento and green pepper.
