Ingredients for Colorful Beet Relish Recipe

1 ct (8oz) sour cream
3 tb Horseradish
2 tb Red wine vinegar
2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts White pepper
1 cn (16oz) cut beets; drained &
-diced

Colorful Beet Relish Preparation
