Ingredients for Confetti Mac n Cheese Recipe
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Chopped green pepper
2 tb Margarine or butter
1 lb Pasteurized process cheese
– spread, cubed
1/2 c Milk
2 c (7 oz) elbow macaroni,
– cooked, drained
Confetti Mac n Cheese Preparation
Saute vegetables in margarine until tender. Reduce heat to low. Add process cheese spread and milk; stir until process cheese spread is melted. Stir in macaroni. Spoon into 2 quart casserole.
