3 tb Margarine; or butter
10 oz Frozen spinach; chopped,
-thawed and squeezed dry
3 tb All-purpose flour
1/4 ts Dried crushed tarragon
1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Milk
2 Eggs
1 c Creamed cottage cheese
1 c Feta cheese; crumbled
2 tb Butter; or margarine, melted
