Ingredients for Corn Chip-Tamale Pie Recipe
1 lb Ground beef
2 sm Cloves garlic; crushed
1 tb Chili powder
1/4 ts Basil
2 ts Salt
1-1/4 c Tomatoes
1 cn Cream-style corn
1 cn Ripe olives; sliced
1 pk (14-oz) corn chips
2 Eggs; beaten
Corn Chip-Tamale Pie Preparation
Brown beef and garlic; add chili powder, basil, salt and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
